New Hope Internships

New Hope Baptist has created internship positions for young men and women who have been called to ministry, are currently pursuing their Biblical and ministerial education, and meet Biblical and practical criteria as set forth in the ministry agreement we have established for this position. We are seeking interns to serve in roles within various ministries of our church including Children, Youth, Worship, Audio-Visual/Multi-Media/Social Media, and Missions. Our church family is excited to offer this new opportunity for undergraduate students to gain hands-on experience in these areas of ministry within the local church.

What are we looking for in an intern? Someone who:

• Is a fully devoted follower of Christ
• Is enrolled in undergraduate studies for Christian ministry
• Will fully support the vision and doctrinal positions of New Hope Baptist Church
• Has a heart for the lost and a burden to see their lives transformed by the love of Christ and the truth of God’s Word
• Has a sound Biblical knowledge base
• Has a sound Biblical worldview
• Is proactive and takes initiative
• Is flexible and teachable
• Is kind and friendly

Internships are offered on a semester-to-semester basis (Spring, Summer, Fall). Each intern will be mentored through the duration of their service with our church and it is our hope that long-term relationships will be built with our people as the interns graduate and move on to full-time ministries around the world. We look forward to seeing what God is going to do in our church, in the lives of the interns, and in the lives of those who will be reached as we work together to share the message of Jesus Christ, His wonderful love, and His amazing grace.
